The Ferrari F430 was introduced to the world in 2004 at the Paris Motor Show in France. Since then it has become the benchmark that all others shoot for when it comes to handling and track performance. Powered by a rear mounted 4.3 liter V8, it channels 491 HP through a 6 speed, dual-clutch F1 style gearbox. However, having all that power is useless without the ability to control it. Therefore, Ferrari decided to implement a 5-way traction control system. This allows the vehicle to seem as docile as possible during adverse driving conditions, but when set to “race” allows you to harness every bit of its screaming horses for an unrivaled driving experience! It boasts a 0-62 time at 4.0 seconds and can stop from that 62 MPH in just over 100 feet. It has a top speed of 196 MPH making it one of the fastest Ferraris ever built!

The Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder was unveiled by Lamborghini in early 2006 as a convertible version of the Gallardo. It’s a member of the first generation Gallardo family but it's also a substantial upgrade from the earlier Gallardo. The traditional Lamborghini has always been somewhat lacking in handling but where it made up for it was in its blistering acceleration and top speed. That makes for a very fun drive on the open road but not a great track tamer. The Gallardo was Lamborghini’s answer to that problem. It offers not only the traditional acceleration and speed, but also adds exquisite handling to the mix. It added 20 HP from the earlier Gallardo to give it 513 total which is generated by its mid-engine V10. The 6 speed dual-clutch transmission can achieve quicker shift times with its revised gear box. It also includes a unique all-wheel drive system that monitors driver input along with surface conditions to constantly apply the optimum power to each wheel. With all the additions that come with the Spyder badge, this precision instrument can achieve a 0-62 time in just 4.3 seconds and all the way back to 0 in just over 110 feet. A top speed of 196 MPH can be reached assuming you have enough road and nerve to get there!
